This is a  2 piece set, there is the Dress / Romper and removable apron.  It has a tutu tulle that is attached.  The upper bust are is red glitter fabric, peppermint faux buttons, white ricrac and flutter shoulders in peppermint satin.  Apron ties around waist, a red tulle skirt gives the bottom an additional touch of whimsy.
